Changes in Booking and Payment Rules - Important Information

In an effort to ensure the highest quality of service and your comfort, we have made several changes to the booking and payment policies for appointments and stays at Paley European Institute. The new rules are designed to guarantee appointment availability and to plan our resources more efficiently.

Why do we introduce prepayments? The introduction of prepayments allows us to better manage the calendar of appointments and turnarounds, which gives you more certainty and stability of planned appointments. In addition, prepayments allow us to book the time of our specialists specifically for your needs, resulting in higher quality and smoother service.

Highlights of the new payment rules:

  • Consultation: Booking an appointment requires 100% payment in advance, which provides you with a guaranteed appointment.
  • Rehabilitation packages: In order to book a date, we require an advance payment of PLN 1000. The rest of the amount should be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the period. In case of booking for a shorter term, full payment is required.
  • Fixed therapy: For patients who receive regular visits, we have introduced the need to pay in advance for all scheduled visits in a given month
  • Operations: According to procedures, 20% of the amount must be paid when booking the appointment, and the remaining 80% no later than 3 weeks before the surgery.

How can you make payment? We offer various forms of payment to suit your preferences. You can choose to make a quick transfer through the Przelewy24.pl platform, traditional bank transfer, Blik payment or cash at our facility.

Benefits of the new rules:

  • Date Guarantee: Booked appointments are guaranteed and dedicated only to you.
  • Peace of mind and scheduling certainty: With prepayment, you can plan your treatment with peace of mind, confident that the space in your schedule is reserved.
  • Efficiency and organization: the new policies help us better manage our specialists' time, which translates into quality service for each of our patients.

We encourage you to contact our registration team for more information. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the new payment and reservation policies.

Thank you for your trust and cooperation. At Paley European Institute, we are committed to a patient-centric approach, providing comprehensive care at the highest level.
