World Rare Diseases Day

February 28 marks World Rare Diseases Day. At the Paley European Institute, we stand in solidarity with all those struggling with these diseases and aim to raise public awareness of them.

Multiple cartilage and bone outgrowth syndrome (MHE)

We invite you to read a short interview with our doctors, in which they introduce you to one of the rare diseases - multiple cartilaginous outgrowth syndrome (MHE). From the interview you will learn what MHE sufferers have to deal with and what the treatment methods are.

We also encourage you to watch the episode "Fridays with Feldman , " in which prominent rare disease specialist David S. Feldman, MD, discusses the extremely interesting topic of MHE treatment in adults. The video is available with subtitles in Polish.
