? Success at Juvenes Pro Medicina 2024: Honorable Mention for the Research Team from the Paley European Institute!

The conference included 30 thematic sessions on various medical specialties, including orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery and many others. Students presented their original research and case studies, judged by a jury of experts in the field. Our students had the honor of being judged by experts in the field of orthopedics and traumatology.

We are proud that the research project entitled. "Index Finger Pollicization in Radial Hand Deficiency", authored by Michalina Prowotorow and Tomasz Kucharski, under the supervision of Dr. J. Michal Deszczynski and Tomasz Albrewczynski of the Paley European Institute, was awarded ? 1st place in the orthopedic session. In addition, it was selected as one of the 13 best presentations out of 500 submissions. Our team qualified for the prestigious plenary session of the conference, presenting our innovative contribution to the field of orthopedic surgery.

We congratulate Michalina and Tomasz on their excellent achievement and sincerely thank Dr. J. Michal Deszczynski and Tomasz Albrewczynski for their invaluable support and mentoring of SKN members. This success demonstrates the high level of research and commitment nurtured at the Paley European Institute.
