Opening of Paley European Institute NEUROCENTER

Neurocenter is a state-of-the-art rehabilitation center designed to provide comprehensive care to patients with a variety of neurological challenges. In one place, we provide access to outstanding specialists - physiotherapists, occupational therapists, a psychologist, alternative and assistive communication (AAC) experts and neurologists. In addition, the center offers the ability to select and customize orthopedic equipment for each patient's individual needs.

The opening of the Neurocenter is another step in the development of the Paley European Institute. Our goal is to create places where every patient feels centered and receives comprehensive support. During the grand opening, which took place on March 9, we were pleased to host nearly 100 people, including more than 20 children. We look forward to supporting more families on their journey to health and activity.

As part of the event, we provided many activities for the little ones and educational sessions for adults. Parents could listen to interesting lectures by Alicja Wojtasiewicz on functional assessment of vision, Beata Wnuk on interdisciplinary treatment of children with cerebral palsy, and Catherine Savov on plastering in pediatric neurology. The special guest of the event was Professor Bogdan Ciszek, MD, who prepared a lecture on the functioning of the nervous system.

Each presentation was enriched by an opportunity for questions and discussion with prominent specialists in neurology and rehabilitation.

One of the highlights of the day was the opening of the parent zone. This is a place dedicated to caregivers, where they will be able to relax, work and prepare a meal while waiting for their charges during therapy. We know how important it is to support patients' families, so we want them to feel taken care of at our Institute as well.

We are extremely proud of the opening of the Paley European Institute Neurocenter and are confident that it will become a place where dreams of a better tomorrow will become reality. We would like to thank everyone who attended this special day and everyone who supports our mission.

A foot deformed in this way resembles a golf club in shape, hence the English name for the condition, “clubfoot.” In Poland, this condition affects approximately 1 in 1,000 newborns. As Dr. Kapiński explains, the key […]
