As part of the #PEI team, he will be responsible for supporting the following treatments:
- Orthopedic consultation
- Orthopedic consultation with ultrasound
- Puncture of the joint under ultrasound guidance Delivery and/or extra-articular injections under ultrasound guidance
- Corrective osteotomies of the lower leg/femur bones
- Knee/hip endoprosthesis Surgical treatment of pseudarthrosis, lack of fusion
- Removal of implants
KNEE SURGERY:
- Arthroscopy of the knee joint
- Meniscus suturing (all inside, outside in, inside out), meniscus reconstruction
- Treatment of knee joint instability - cruciate ligament reconstructions, collateral ligament reconstructions,
- LET (Lateral Extra-Articular Tenodesis).
- Ligament reconstructions (notchplasty, Modified McIntosh)
- Treatment of patellofemoral joint instability (Grammont, Fulkerson, ligamentous reconstructions MPFL, MPTL, rotational osteotomies
- Konig's disease (Osteochondrosis dissecans) - including fixation with implants (smart nails), drilling cavities with outside-in technique
ANKLE/FOOT SURGERY:
- Ankle arthroscopy Foot alignment correction/foot reconstructive surgery
- Operative treatment of tarsal bone coalition hallux valgus (hallux), stiff toe
- Pathologies of the Achilles tendon (from degenerative changes to complete ruptures) Injuries and their consequences (including instability of the ankle joint, reconstructions of the ligament apparatus).
- Operative treatment of bone fractures of the foot
- Arthrodesis at the level of the ankle/foot joint
HAND SURGERY:
- Bone fractures of the hand, wrist, forearm
- Dislocations or sprains of the hand and wrist
- Damage to the tendons of the hand and fingers
- Diseases and injuries of the nerves Wounds and infections of the hand, wrist, forearm
- Disorders of forearm bone fusion
- Operative treatment of Madelung's deformity
