Sebastian Kovachnikov

Paramedic, Academic Lecturer at the Department of Emergency Medical Services, Medical University of Warsaw.
A graduate of the Medical University of Łódź, where he completed his bachelor's degree in Public Health with a specialization in Emergency Medicine. He obtained his master's degree at the University of Warsaw in Public Management, with a specialization in Healthcare Management.
He was the first person in Poland to complete a specialization in Physician Assistant, developing his skills in the area of supporting surgical teams and perioperative care.
For over a decade, he has been conducting courses and training in emergency medical services, educating both medical personnel and individuals outside the healthcare community.
At the Paley European Institute, he serves as a Physician Assistant (PA), actively participating in surgical procedures and patient care in outpatient and operating room settings. He contributes to the diagnostic and therapeutic process, is responsible for selected areas of medical documentation, and performs tasks that require a high level of independence, responsibility, and clinical precision.
Privately, he is passionate about sports, especially swimming and basketball.
