The Paley European Institute Wins Two Awards in the “Patient Trust Leader 2026” Competition

It is with great joy and pride that we announce that the Paley European Institute has received the “Patient Trust Leader 2026” Quality Seal and the “Golden Laurel for Patient Care” Special Award in the National Quality Competition organized by the European Center for Quality Research.

We received our awards during the Grand Finale Gala, which took place on July 6, 2026, in Warsaw.

This is a special honor for us —one made all the more valuable by the fact that the competition is based on the “mystery shopper” method. This means that our facility was anonymously evaluated by auditors who assessed, among other things, the quality of communication, the availability of information to patients, and the organization of the registration process, and our team did not know when or by whom it was being evaluated.

Thank you to our team

Receiving both the Quality Mark and the additional Gold Laurel for Patient Care is, above all, thanks to our entire team—those responsible for patient registration, communication with patients, care coordination, and the medical staff.

It was the daily dedication of each and every one of us that led to this recognition.

What does this mean for our patients?

For our patients, this recognition confirms that we are committed to the highest standards of service at every stage of their interaction with our facility—standards that have been independently verified by external auditors. We will proudly feature these quality certifications in our communications to build even greater trust among those who place their trust in us.

We would like to thank everyone who supported us on our journey to this award—this is just the beginning of our work toward even higher standards!

Home Care After a Child's Orthopedic Surgery – A Practical Guide for Parents
A child’s return home after orthopedic surgery is an important stage of treatment. This is when parents take on a large part of the daily care—helping with mobility, personal care, administering medications, and following specialists’ recommendations. Home care following a child’s orthopedic surgery requires proper preparation, as the first few weeks after the procedure may look completely different from the family’s previous daily routine. […]

What is SEMLS surgery, and who needs it?
What is SEMLS surgery? Children with neurological conditions, such as cerebral palsy (CP), often struggle with muscle tone disorders, contractures, and musculoskeletal deformities, which over time can affect their mobility and independence. In such cases, symptomatic treatment alone may not be sufficient—a comprehensive approach is necessary that takes into account both the functioning […]
