Patient Confidence Leader

The idea of the Patient Confidence Leader competition is to honor medical facilities that take exceptional care of the quality of patient service and professionalism in building relationships in the health care market. This competition aims to support the Polish health care sector and promote facilities that maintain the highest quality and professional standards in cooperation with external stakeholders.

The evaluation of contestants is carried out using the "mystery shopper" method. Jury members anonymously visit establishments, make telephone contacts, write emails as Patients, and evaluate social media activity. Among other things, the availability of necessary information and the quality of medical facilities' websites are examined.

Facilities that pass the mystery shopper evaluation and score high receive the "Patient Confidence Leader" Seal of Quality. The best facilities, such as our Institute, are additionally awarded Statuettes and Extraordinary Distinctions by the competition's experts.

The competition is organized by the European Center for Quality Research, and the event is held under the honorary patronage of the JM Rector of the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznan, Prof. Andrzej Tykarski, and the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences at the Piastów Śląskich Medical University in Wroclaw, Prof. Anna Kołcz.

We are extremely proud of the award we have received and would like to thank our patients for the trust they place in us. This is a great honor for us and motivation to continue working to raise the standards of service and quality of medical services.

We invite you to follow us further on our website and on social media on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, where you will find more information about our services and achievements.
