He manages the institute and the work of the team, daily ensuring the highest standards of service to
Patients and their caregivers. Her priority is to ensure the medical staff's
comfort in their work, and provide adequate support to the residents in moments when they are facing
facing difficult challenges.
She holds a master's degree in dietetics (SGGW). She began her professional career as a dietitian at a
hospital in Pruszkow, but quickly discovered her organizational skills and her calling to
managing a medical facility. For years she was associated with PEI, and currently manages the Paley
European Institute Nurocenter.
Privately, she is a wife and mother of two children. She is passionate about traveling, dancing and literature
crime fiction.
