In my work, I focus on jointly exploring new movement possibilities for patients, posing new challenges in strength development and motor improvement in the rehabilitation process, based on building the patient's sense of empowerment flowing from the possibilities offered by his body.
He graduated with a master's degree from the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow. In his work, he combines a solid theoretical foundation with practical experience in orthopedic rehabilitation.
He is proficient in such methods as functional training, manual therapy according to the Maitland concept and dry needling. He is constantly expanding his skills in active forms of orthopedic therapy.
In her work with patients, she focuses on exploring new movement possibilities, posing more challenges and building a sense of agency in her charges.
