Live - congenital pseudarthrosis joint - Q&A with Paley Institute specialists

This coming Tuesday, i.e. December 20, 2022 at 18:00 on our Facebook and Instagram profiles, our experts Dr. J. Michal Deszczynski and Dr. Tomasz Albrewczynski will answer your questions about congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia.

Congenital pseudarthrosis of Tibia is a type of disorder involving bending of the bone that leads to fracture and formation of a pseudarthrosis joint. In the place where two bony fragments should fuse, their mobile union, or joint, is formed (however, this is pathological mobility).

It occurs in 1 in 190,000 people and affects both girls and boys. CPT most often has its onset in early childhood. Nearly half of those with congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia also have neurofibromatosis.

At Tuesday's event, we will talk about the medical procedures used in the treatment of pseudarthrosis, as well as hospital and physiotherapy care. We will share the experience of the Paley Institute team and answer your questions, which you can send today in a private message on Facebook and Instagram or by email to marketing@paleyeurope.com

We are very pleased that our meetings are becoming more and more popular. We are here for you!
